What your event package includes
- 7 hours onsite
(incl. travel to and from the venue) - 1 hour client progress meeting 3 days prior to event
- Venue liaison & troubleshooting
- Setup/pack up according to your plans & directions
– banners, light boxes, table decorations, placement of marketing materials - Work with selected suppliers according to your instructions
- AV supplier liaison & AV testing
(incl. troubleshooting) - Setup & run registration desk
- Troubleshoot any issues as they arise on the day
- *Additional assistance from a trusted member of my team is available, if needed
